WOW! Garrett Reynolds is a machine. He went out and took him his 3rd gold medal in a row in street.
The street finals were pretty intense today and that was due to all of the riders simply going off! Everyone killed the course and some highlights include everything that Garrett did, Danny Hickerson being creative and smooth, Dakota Roche absolutely blasting inverts out of the tea cup quarter, Brian Kachinsky nollie’ing everything and Dennis Enarson laying it down for silver. The course ended up being pretty sick and although the format was best run counts it was cool to watch, just not exactly what the riders wanted. They all put in work and put on an amazing show though. Check out some photos and results for now and keep an eye out for a full-length article in the November issue of the magazine.
2010 X Games Street Final Results
1. Garrett Reynolds - 96.33
2. Dennis Enarson - 90.00
3. Brian Kachinsky - 88.00
4. Sean Sexton - 86.66
5. Dakota Roche - 85.66
Danny Hickerson showed everyone he was the man in qualifying and made it to the finals with moves like this hangover tooth.
Dennis did a 180 bar down the double set every try and ended up sending this one over the wedge to flat just for kicks.
What can you say? Garrett absolutely destroyed it. Look up footage of his final run, it was insane. Downside whip mid run.
Aaron Ross is a crowd favorite and did a good job putting on a show all weekend long with insane tricks like this feeble grind to 180 whip.
